The salon experience was singular -- a warm, intimate, calm, immaculate space, with owner and staff who are unbelievably attentive, attuned, cordial, welcoming. My cut and color process took a few hours, but I never found myself watching the clock; rather, I reveled in their special passion for hair and customer experience.
